How do we deliver products?
We ship the products you order via GLS, Schenker, and DPD couriers. Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours. Delivery time is approximately 48 business hours from the moment the order is shipped. Most purchases arrive within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. All products are delivered free of charge!

When will I receive my order?
You will receive all purchased products no later than within 7–14 business days.

How are the products packaged?
All our products are packed in flat packages, making them easy to carry and space-efficient. Each product is packed in a cardboard box and additionally secured inside to ensure safe transport and prevent potential damage.

How will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered by couriers directly to your home. For our products (packages up to 31 kg), couriers are not obliged to carry parcels upstairs or into rooms. The driver delivers the packages only to the front door of the building.

How can I submit a complaint?
Has your furniture been damaged? Don’t worry. Simply submit a complaint using the form available on the Complaints page.

Can I return a purchased product?
You may return the product without giving any reason. Please complete the Return Form and send the product back to us within 14 days of purchase.
